In April 2001 SJS Solutions Ltd was founded with one simple goal; To provide companies of all sizes with an alternative to rigid, over complicated, over priced, off-the-shelf software. Organisations who want “No Compromise”, bespoke software, and a development team who are willing to invest the time necessary to understand their business on a whole new level come to SJS Solutions. Since 2001 SJS have successfully developed and deployed both small bespoke software applications as well as much larger multi-country systems used by large blue chip organisations.
In 2002 SJS Solutions personal approach and flexibility attracted 2 large international companies to the SJS client list; one of the largest electronics component manufacturers in Europe and one of the big 4 Express companies came to SJS for very different development projects. The successful development of a bespoke Sales Channel Management System used to analyse and manage electronics components distributors across Europe, and the TNT Express Forecasting/ WFM solution used in TNT Customer Care centres globally reinforced the SJS approach and accelerated growth.
Although SJS continue to offer the highest levels of flexibility to companies of all sizes, 2003 saw SJS move into the Call Centre / Contact Centre products. SJS enlisted the skills of two highly skilled Telephony engineers and started work on an easy-to-use, cost-effective Call Centre / Contact Centre Reporting Software. Optymyse RT (ACD Reporting) was born, an ACD Reporting Package designed to simplify Call Centre / Contact Centre Analysis while saving time and money. The Optymyse RT range continue to evolve with many SJS clients benefiting from being able to quickly have changes made to their software, giving SJS clients the ability to always be in line with end-user requirements without the expense of replacing systems.
Optymyse RT products are installed in Call Centres / Contact Centres of all sizes across Europe and sold via distribution in the North. In 2006 Optymyse RT (Wallboards) were ranked No.1 wallboard solution by Call Centre Focus Magazine and in 2007 SJS was appointed Wallboard solutions supplier for NOBLE SYSTEMS.
