| This page describes some of the technical features of the system. |  | | How it works: - Your PABX is connected to our Optymyse RT server, either directly, or via an optional Data Buffer Unit.
- The state-of-the art near-silent Optymyse RT server (see below for specifications) continuously captures data, storing it locally
- At all times, your users can log in to the Optymyse RT server and view the data, right up to the minute
- The system automatically backs up your valuable ACD data, and can (optionally) automatically copy the backup to another network location for overnight tape backup
