How it works:

1. Data is captured from your PABXs by a customised SJS Terminal Server device (one per physical PABX).
2. The Optymyse RT Server captures the incoming data from the LAN, from all SJS Terminal Server devices.
3. Data from each Terminal Server is processed, and stored in a database - one per location.
4. The Optymyse RT Server creates on-demand reports requested by users, using a standard Internet/Intranet Web Server.
5. Reports can, if desired, be published to the internet through your corporate firewall. You can be confident that your reports are held on a highly secure server, with (optional) multiple levels of password access.
