Achmea contacted SJS at the end of 2004, they wanted a non-training intensive Reporting Tool for 6 of
their key Call Centres in Holland and felt the Optymyse RT
ACD Reporting Product
could be tailored to meet their needs.
After confirming the exact needs of the Achmea Customer Services Team, SJS quickly adjusted the
Optymyse RT product so it met ALL of the needs of the Achmea business. Once complete SJS attended
the Achmea Head Office in Apeldoorn (Holland) and installed the first Optymyse RT server, leaving the
installation of the other 5 sites in the capable hands of the Achmea engineers.
In the first year alone, Achmea reported that by using SJS they saved 350,000 EUR in licence fees.
Since installation in 2004 SJS have continued to work closely with the Achmea Telecoms Team in order to
make sure resilience is of the highest standard and the changing needs of the Achmea business are always
met.
